24/7 security monitoring (managed SOC)

A managed SOC (Security Operations Center) means someone is permanently watching what happens in your infrastructure and reacts when something suspicious appears. SyX-RAY provides 24/7 monitoring on its own platform, with alerts filtered and validated by a Romania-based team, for companies that cannot or do not want to run an internal security team.

Platform built in Romania · 24/7 monitoring · data from 130+ threat intelligence sources

What we monitor

Events from servers and workstations (EDR agent), internet-exposed services, new vulnerabilities (CVE) on your technologies, DNS and certificate changes, data and credential leaks, brand mentions on attacker forums and Telegram channels, DDoS activity and blocked access attempts.

How it works

SyX-RAY combines a continuous monitoring platform with a Romania-based team that interprets the alerts. The platform correlates events and cuts noise; critical alerts reach the team, which confirms, isolates or blocks and notifies you with next steps. Every finding comes with impact, evidence and remediation steps, not just a technical score.

What you receive monthly

A report with handled incidents, trends, remediated and open vulnerabilities, plus prioritised recommendations. Reports can be used as evidence for NIS2, ISO 27001 or for customers.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a managed SOC and an antivirus?

An antivirus blocks known files on a single system. A managed SOC correlates signals from your whole infrastructure and from outside (leaks, CVEs, DNS), interprets them and reacts, including to fileless attacks or leaked credentials.

Do I really need round-the-clock monitoring?

Most ransomware attacks start at night or on weekends when nobody is watching. Continuous monitoring shortens the time between compromise and reaction from days to minutes.

How fast do I see the first results?

Passive reconnaissance and CVE alerts start the same day you add your domains. The EDR agent installs in minutes on each system and threat-intelligence monitoring runs continuously.

Do I need to stop or change my existing systems?

No. The initial assessment is passive and the EDR agent runs alongside your existing antivirus. Active testing only happens with your written approval, inside an agreed window.
